All 388vin accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to operate a PKR account in a different currency, and no currency conversion charges are applied to transactions made through supported local payment methods.

Most bonus offers include a wagering requirement — a multiplier that states how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 before withdrawal is permitted on those bonus-derived funds.
Not all games on 388vin contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are shown when you claim a bonus.
Using bonuses in a way that is designed to extract value without genuine recreational play — for example, by placing low-risk hedging bets, coordinating with other players to clear wagering on the same outcomes, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — constitutes bonus abuse. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently restricted from future bonus offers.

All bets must be placed before the market closes. 388vin reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. Bets accepted in error — for example, at obviously incorrect odds caused by a technical error — may be voided.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match, tournament, or event as confirmed by the governing body. In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or other unusual circumstance, 388vin will apply settlement rules in line with standard industry practice. Where a match is abandoned mid-game, bets may be voided or settled on the result at the time of abandonment depending on the specific market rules.
For cricket markets — including PSL franchise matches, international T20s, Test matches, and one-day internationals featuring Pakistan — the following additional rules apply:
Maximum winnings per bet and per event apply across all sports markets. These limits are shown in the betting interface and vary by sport and market type. 388vin reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
All casino games — including live dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows), slots, and bingo — are operated using certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics. Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. Any technical malfunction during gameplay that affects the outcome of a round will result in that round being voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
Important: Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or any technical vulnerability to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending an investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Bonus funds are always forfeited upon account closure regardless of reason.
